Over a decade ago, I was diagnosed with Lupus—an autoimmune condition that left me depleted, inflamed, and disoriented. My body was screaming for help, and the answers I was being given didn’t lead to healing—they led to more suppression.

So I went searching.
Not just for relief, but for root-cause restoration.

That search led me to herbal medicine, energy work, and nervous system regulation. Plants became my teachers. Rituals became my refuge. Slowly, I began to heal—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.

Five years later, my world shifted again. I lost my brother to gun violence, and it shattered me.

That grief cracked my spirit wide open. It was more than heartbreak—it was a descent into what I now know as the dark night of the soul.
Everything I thought I knew collapsed.  I couldn’t bypass. I couldn’t distract. I had no choice but to go deep—into shadow, into healing, into truth, into self. 

That moment didn’t just shape me.
It initiated me.

It catapulted me into a journey of ancestral healing, emotional alchemy,  energetic reclamation, and walking the Mystic's path. And it was there—in the ashes of my old identity—that I met my purpose.

I wasn’t just here to heal—I was here to guide others home to themselves.
