I’ve learned the hard way that true healing isn’t found in quick fixes or prescriptions—it’s found in the depths. In the courage to face your shadows. In the stillness of remembrance. In the sacred return to self.

Through chronic illness, grief, trauma, and spiritual initiation, I’ve reclaimed my voice, my body, and my power. And now, everything I teach, share, and offer is rooted in that lived experience—so others don’t have to walk the path alone.

My work exists to make healing more embodied, spiritual growth more grounded, and self-reclamation more possible—for those who are ready to rise.
